Winnie the Pooh Party for the Baby

A morning brunch makes a nice event to go along with baby’s birthday. Balloons are fun, if your child has been introduced to them and isn’t scared of them. Streamers make for colorful decoration and make sure they match the Winnie the Pooh theme in light yellows, reds, purples and blues. Cloud shapes are good to paste to the wall in the form of cut out construction paper because Winnie likes to watch the clouds.
For fun you can set out ‘Hunny’ jars on the table, but fill them with lots of different stuff. Or you could make up ‘Hunny’ jars filled with sweetened water for the guests to drink out of. Honey Carrot Cake is an excellent recipe to go with this party since you probably won’t be giving too much cake to the baby anyway, so there’s no need to worry about whether he or she will like it. The adults though will, because often a lot of people can’t eat as much sugary chocolate as they used to when they were children.
